Department Description

The Finance Department of the University encompasses the Controller's Office and the Office of Budget, Treasury and Research Administration. These offices are dedicated to ensuring the integrity of data submitted, recorded and reported and to providing the highest level of financial services in support of the University's mission in Biomedical Research.

Detailed Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance/Treasurer (directly) and the University Controller (indirectly), the Assistant Vice President (AVP) will work in a senior finance role within the Finance Office and be responsible for the management of treasury operations, the University's budgeting process, Accounts Payable, Research Administration, and other financial compliance protocols.

Job Requirements

Advanced business degree or related experience required. Must have a minimum of ten years of University or non-profit finance experience with a treasury and budget emphasis. Strong analytical, management, and communication skills required
